With these data points, we can expect Parc Greenwich’s average launch price to be around S$1080 psf.
With the latest launched EC namely Ola, Piermont Grand, and Parc Canberra hitting above S$1200 psf, we reckon that any units at Parc Greenwich below S$1150 psf will be considered a good entry price for this Fernvale EC.
The above graph shows the highest selling price for Executive Condo and Private Condo located near Parc Greenwich that has obtained Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) between the Year 2016 to the Year 2020. The diagram provided more data to show that S$1150 psf and below is a very safe entry price for Parc Greenwich.
